1515 Douglas is a 6 storey commerical office and retail building consisting of 9,042 m2 of commercial office space and 822 m2 of retail and restaurant space. Featuring a stunning atrium it is part of the Douglas and Pandora complex and is connected to 750 Pandora St via a glazed concourse, with which it shares mechanical systems, bicycle amenities, retail and restaurant space, and parking. Careful attention has been paid to making public spaces that are welcoming, human scaled, and integrated with both the street and the building uses and activities. The owners and design team aspirations are that the project will be a catalyst for improvement of the city’s urban centre.
