The circa 1980 Scugog Memorial Library will be expanded, revitalized and transformed by this project. Seating, Lounge Spaces and Outdoor Reading Terraces are located in an addition to the east to take advantage of views to Lake Scugog. The Library includes the Kent Farndale Art Gallery as well as a new large community space complete with outdoor terrace.
