Summary
Ponderosa Commons is a mixed use student housing development located at University Boulevard and West Mall. The facility will provide 1,100 student residence beds, academic space, informal learning space and a range of community services and amenities. The housing is intended for upper year undergraduate and graduate students.
The project is planned in 2 phases, with Phase 1 (West & East) targeted for completion in August 2013, and
Phase 2 targeted for completion in August 2015. The projects will be designed in tandem,
though the construction of Phase 2 will be delayed until the completion of Phase 1 West and East.
