Summary
Taylor Manor is an addition to existing 100 year old heritage building
(The Original Taylor Manor). While only the addition to the building is
seeking LEED Certification, the heritage portion of the building aims to
reference sustainable best practices wherever budget and heritage
considerations permit. The project overall will provide 56 supportive
housing apartments, 17 in the heritage building and 39 in the new
addition.
