Summary
A new 1- storey 929 sq.m. facility for ICBC's for driver training, testing and licensing lon a 1.1 hectare site. The driver licensing centre parking lot will also provide 3 lanes for mortorcycle and truck testing. The site is located in a major Township of Langley redevelopment area near the Highway 1 interchange, which will provide serivces, amenities, office space and a tranist park & ride to present and future mixed-use projects.
