The project comprises of 16,000 square feet of mainly open plan office accommodation for 90 staff on the 24th floor of a 35 storey building on the corner of Yonge and Bloor in Toronto. Also included are two private offices, one boardroom, three meeting rooms, two kitchens, two showers, one medical room and other back of house spaces such as Print rooms, storage and IT room.
