It features a 5 acre living roof, on-site wastewater treatment plant, locally harvested and manufactured wood finishes, and a high quality, energy efficient environment. Building operators have implemented a green housekeeping program, a comprehensive green building tour, and have innovative waste management practices. Kitching Court is a residential condominium project located in a one Winnipeg's most vibrant mixed-use neighbourhoods. It will be constructed out of ICF floor, wall & roof systems, with the majority of the interior walls being framed out of the reclaimed fir studs from the 100+ year old house that once stood on the lot.
