The condominium portion will be 26-storeys and the hotel portion will be 9-storeys high. All parking will be located underground and the roof will be partially vegetated, yet also designed as an amenity space. There will be some retail space along with a restaurant. Both the hotel and condominium will feature energy-efficient lighting, low-flow plumbing fixtures, heat recovery, and bicycle racks for occupants and guests.
