Bayer Commitment to Sustainability in Canada

This 2,600 m_ commercial interior fit-out project is focused on creating a healthy and sustainable space for Bayer CropScience employees in Calgary. Located in Calgary's Quarry Park, the base building has excellent access to transit and has taken steps to manage stormwater, control light pollution and efficiently use water. The tenant fit-out will build on these sustainable features with energy efficient lighting design, HVAC design, appliances, and computers throughout. Perhaps most importantly, the design and construction of this office space will provide the highest levels of health and comfort for occupant. The project is using low-emitting materials, highly controllable lighting systems, and ongoing monitoring of the indoor environment (from construction through to occupancy).
